Before anything else, Blue Sky seeks to creates contexts for new stories to be told. Whether it’s in our writing group, our consulting practice, or our publications, we create spaces that allow people, projects, and narratives to find their truest, highest, and boldest expression.

Our work is to change old stories and do away with structures and ideas that no longer serve. We consider ourselves and our clients agents of change. But not just any kind of change. We’re talking about change that arises from the creative fire.

Change that’s inspired by joy as much as challenge or need. We wrestle with these questions all the time: what wants to happen? What kind of magic is pulling us forward? And how do we stay with it and in it long enough to make things that are going to make the world better?
